Scott Gillespie, Owner and President
Scott has over 30 years of experience working in the food and beverage industry. Throughout his tenure at General Mills and at a packaging machinery company earlier in his career, he worked on virtually every food and beverage platform and packaging format, and in a diverse array of manufacturing and business environments. He understands not only packaging materials and equipment, but also the whole manufacturing system – so is adept at working cross-functionally to identify issues and solve problems. He especially likes the challenge of bringing new innovations to market.
Scott is a hands-on consultant, and can usually be found out of the manufacturing floor trouble-shooting or figuring out new ways to improve on a design or system. He is the project lead on all G-Pack projects, but also draws on the expertise of his broad industry network of resources when needed to supplement the work he does or his clients.
When not on the plant floor, Scott can be found cooking, brewing, or outside enjoying the Colorado mountains with his four boys.
